Shipping Promo
Currently, all Singapore orders get free shipping for orders above $20.
Benefits for Member
Members also get free shipping for normal (untracked) mail (flats only) when you combine your purchase with your Monthly Happy Mail.
This means that you will need to place your purchase before your Monthly Happy Mail is mailed out (no more than 2 days from your subscription date).
E.g. if your subscription renews on 10 Jun, you will need to place your additional purchases before 12 Jun to save on shipping using the Promo Code: MEMSHIP
If you used the code but your member rewards were already mailed out, you can either top-up for shipping (there's a listing for this) or it will be mailed together with your next month's member rewards.
Shipping Information
I live in Singapore so all my items are packed with love and shipped from Singapore.
By default, all packages are mailed via normal mail (untracked).
You may upgrade your shipping option for tracking by adding the upgraded shipping item to your shopping cart.
Shipping Duration
I will send all orders out within 2 to 7 days once the order is placed.
Orders from Singapore should take about 3 to 7 working days to reach you. For international orders, it will usually take about 8 - 21 working days. However, these are subjected to any delays.
Lost/Delayed Orders
Please note that I have no control over the shipment once the orders are shipped.
For untracked shipping, I am not responsible for any delays or lost mails once it is shipped out. I can provide a photo of your package when it is mailed out upon request.
If you had upgraded your shipping to tracked shipping and your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have not receive it, please contact your local post office as I am no longer responsible for the shipment.
However, if your package is not marked as delivered and is indeed lost in transit, please contact me for a possible refund or replacement order. This is only applicable for upgraded shipping orders.
Order was damaged
If your items arrived damaged, please contact me with proof of the packaging and the damaged items. I will try my best to help you.
Countries
I try to ship to every country. However, due to covid-19 restrictions and country's laws, I may not be able to. If I'm unable to ship to your country, I will let you know and refund you accordingly. Thank you!
